i.) Sourcing Service:

Providing sourcing service for Hong Kong people buying or renting properties in UK. With years of experience of the property market we will help clients source the right properties to buy or to rent, to arrange viewing and negotiate with the Landlord or Agent and to monitor the whole legal document process and to take over the property upon completion or handover date.

ii.) Pre-Relocation Service:

Providing one-stop consultancy and assistance for those Hong Kong people who have planned to move to the UK to rent or purchase property in advance, including but not limited to:

Calling UK agencies to arrange viewing appointment for those properties you like;
Viewing the house through video and photo taking on your behalf and comment the surrounding environment;
To assist negotiations of the offer on your behalf;
To check inventory report and take over the property & key;
To take simple measurement for you to order the furniture in correct sizes;
To collect the furniture or household groceries before arrival or handover key to you when arrival;
To assist and teach registration of various utilities including electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband, TV licence…etc.

iii.) Property Caring Service: For those Landlords who are living in Hong Kong and own properties in the UK, we understand that you always want to know the updated status of your properties, particularly when your letting agents failed to do so. We thus can provide the following service:

a.) Property Checking Report: To arrange our consultants to visit your property and conduct visual property condition checks, a property report involving photos, opinion and/or video will be provided. It will ease your worry about your vacant or tenanted property status and meet your insurance obligations while you are in Hong Kong;

b.) Mail Collection: To visit your property to collect all the mail, scan and/or forward it to you by email or mail, so that you will not miss any important notices and bills, and avoid being fined.
